How to order
Select a Product
You can select your required products from the product pages. Alternatively you can use the search function to search by name or product code. If you are not sure which products you require please call 0870 478 9840 for further information.

Shopping Basket
The shopping basket allows you to manage items you wish to purchase. You change quantities and update your basket by pressing the update button. Items can be added or removed from the Shopping Basket prior to checkout.
Placing your order
- When you have finished choosing your products select 'Go to checkout'.
- You are then required to register an account. Registration is instant and allows you to manage your orders.
- Then enter your contact and address details
- You can then choose your method of payment - currently all products can be ordered online with by invoice which will be sent out to you by post to be paid within 30 days.
- You will then be prompted to accept our Terms and Conditions which form the licence agreement before completion of the order
- You will then be emailed confirmation of your order and a link to download your software.
After Sales Procedure
After we have recieved your order we will dispatch a welcome pack containing the following:-
- Welcome letter
- Support procedures
- Key contacts
- Installation arrangements
- Download instructions
